Ranger Activities
Nix in Nature is based on the Isle of Mull, but is open to travelling for courses and events! I previously ran activities for six years in the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park in Scotland to guests at Cobleland Campsite, Tigh Mor, Forest Hills and The Lodge Forest Visitor Centre.
Navigate through the drop down menu below the link to this page for ideas about what I can offer.
I may also be able to offer ad hoc activities, or for those with special requirements so please email me via the contact form;
“On a ranger activity you will find out some amazing facts about the forest, both old and new including; edible, medicinal and magical uses of plants and trees (including magic wands), local wildlife, the superstitions attached to them and local folklore and history. My aim is to inspire you with our enthusiasm and love of nature, to have fun and to help you to find or develop your own interests which will help to protect the great outdoors in the future”.
I like to bring a magical spin on things having an interest in Celtic traditions, myth, folklore, faeries and witchcraft. All activities are exceptionally affordable as I aim to make them accessible to all so that you can better enjoy nature's free gifts :-).
I am Enhanced CRB/DBS checked and Nix in Nature is insured by Blackfriars Group.
