My Reiki Training
I have been in continuous training in Reiki with Victoria Lyons since 2012 at the beautiful, internationally renowned Lendrick Lodge in the Trossachs, Scotland where I have received an extensive and deep level of training. I have a pure and traceable lineage where each teacher has dedicated his or her lives to Reiki. I see my training as an on going process of growth and I feel privileged to be part of this unique Reiki lineage.
Reiki Practitioner
I am a 2nd Degree Reiki practitioner. My Reiki teacher has also created three Advanced Reiki Practitioner courses over the years which deepen and continue my understanding and use of Reiki.
Reiki Master Teacher Training
In September 2021, I was accepted on the Phoenix Rising Lotus Unfolding Reiki Master Teacher Training programme with Victoria, which involves two and a half years of intensive training.
Victoria has taught just four Masters in her twenty five years of teaching, my fellow student Annika and also Glad and Diane who both graduated in 2015. Selection was dependent upon experience and our commitment to living the pure and deep teachings of this lineage. The teacher appears when the student is ready.
All four Reiki Masters have also trained with Victoria's Reiki Teacher, Margaret Underwood with whom Victoria continue's to have a very close student and teacher relationship. Our lineage have each dedicated their lives to learning the wisdom and sacred teachings that have been passed down from teacher to student. I am 9th in a traceable lineage from Dr Mikao Usui who re-discovered and developed the teachings further.
As part of my teacher training I have taught four full weekends during assessments and numerous teaching sections and support within Victoria's classes. It has been a truly transformational apprenticeship.

Tai Chi
Since February 2021, I have been learning Tai Chi with Victoria's teacher, Margaret Underwood from New Zealand. All of which are benefiting my own growth and therefore my potential to help others. Margaret has also passed down deeper Reiki teachings and also Brain Gym through our lineage. Brain Gym is a registered trademark of the Educational Kinesiology Foundation and in 2024 I completed the Brain Gym 26 Movements (BG104) course with Margaret.
Lineage
Below is my training lineage from Dr Mikao Usui, the founder of what we know to be called Reiki. Sacred knowledge and energy attunements are passed down from the Teacher and Reiki Masters to student, creating a family tree of the teachings and wisdom.
