Ranger Activities Feedback

We welcome your feedback on any activities you have joined us on, including any ideas you have for us to introduce. Our only one negative feedback so far was about the amount of midges - yep, they can be horrendous I'm afraid but we always offer headnets.

Thank you to all those that come along, you are all lovely :-).

It’s been a pleasure working with you both this year and we are desperate for you to come back as you are such a success with our bondholders!

Just had a weekend at Cobleland and would recommend it.  Our children who are 10 and 8 had a fab time with the rangers Will and Nikki.Great for families who are looking for a fun site in a lovely setting..... There are recycling containers for everything which is great but by far the best bit about this site is the resident rangers, Nicky and Will.  For a small fee at £3 each we all went on a survival and bushcraft walk, then we made magic wands and last night we went on a bat finding walk!

I wanted to drop a short email after our last visit to Strathyre. We really enjoyed ourselves, and found the Forest Holidays staff to be excellent and very helpful. In particular Nikki and Will who took us on the Duskwatch made it a very interesting evening for adults and children. My children thoroughly enjoyed it, and learned loads. Based on these people, we have recommended Strathyre forest hols to our friends. A big thanks to N & W, and we hope they are there next time we visit.

Just returned from a weekend break at Strathyre and i feel i had to write and let you know what wonderful ambassadors for the company you have in Will and Nikki , went on a rangers walk /survival trip and had my nephews aged 11 years and 8 years both the rangers were outstanding with the children and they have come back from this trip more knowledgable about the countryside and all thanks to your rangers, there mother and father collected them on the Sunday as they had school Monday but they were also impressed with the whole ethos so much so that am sure you will be having a booking rom them . please pass on our thanks to your staff in the resort.

Your Message : This summer my family stayed at your Cobleland Caravan Park in Scotland. The site was excellent for cleanliness and quiet. We booked a guided cycle tour of the forest.  I would like to say that all the staff were lovely but the Forest Rangers (Will and Nikki) where amazing.  The service they gave was brilliant.  They were so knowledgable about the area and its wildlife and fauna. They were friendly but professional and their passion for their work is rare to see.  They really made our short visit special and we will definately return to the area again and hopefully have more time to take part in other persuits that Will and Nikki supervise. They are a great asset to your organisation. Thank you for providing such an enjoyable service.

The dusk watch walk is a must. Rangers are very knowledgeable about their area and keen to pass their knowledge onto guests.
